In 2019, a workshop was held in collaboration with the University of Évora. The event took place on October 31 and November 1, 2019, at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and its Arboretum in Kostelec nad Černými lesy.
The workshop focused on advancing knowledge and practical skills in drone flight techniques, as well as the processing and analysis of multispectral and hyperspectral imagery. It provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of UAV operation, sensor calibration, data acquisition methodologies, and advanced analytical approaches for interpreting spectral data. The primary objective was to enhance expertise in remote sensing applications, particularly in vegetation monitoring, precision agriculture, and environmental assessment.
