We offer the possibility of corporate presentation, promotion, and advertising during the 10th annual UAV FORESTRY 2025 workshop, where you can address participants and present your intentions and news to the professional community in the fields of RS, GIS, and forestry. 

Please choose the form of corporate promotion that best suits your company. Prices are listed, excluding VAT. Other options are possible based on individual negotiations. 

Main partner

In the case of ordering services in an amount exceeding 20 thousand CZK, the sponsor becomes the main partner of the workshop. The main partner’s logo will be placed on the workshop website in the “Main partner” section, on a banner during the entire event in the “Main partner” section, the possibility of presenting the company and its products, the possibility of a partner’s exhibition stand in the workshop hall, distribution of company materials to workshop participants during attendance. 

The price also includes a registration fee for the workshop for three company representatives. 

Logo on the banner throughout the workshop

The logo is displayed throughout the workshop in the top bar above the speakers’ presentations. In a size that corresponds to 1/16 of the presentation height in the vertical direction. The logo of the main partner will be displayed in the left part, separately from the others, and the text “Main partner” will be displayed in front of it. At the same time, the logo will be placed on a printed banner in the foyer.

Presentation

A 20-minute company presentation in the form of a performance is included in the professional program of the UAV FORESTRY 2025 workshop. The partner’s logo will be placed on the workshop website in the “Other Partners” section and on the banner during the event in the “Other Partners” section. The price also includes the workshop registration fee for two company representatives. 

Price: 6,000 CZK 

Exhibition

Company participation throughout the workshop in the foyer. The space for the stand includes an area for a table, two chairs, an electrical connection, and WIFI. The partner’s logo will be placed on the workshop website in the “Other Partners” section and on the banner during the event in the “Other Partners” section. The price also includes the workshop registration fee for one company representative. 

Price: 5,000 CZK 

Other activities 

  • Distribution of company materials delivered to workshop participants during the event
    Price: 1,500 CZK 
  • Placing a company poster or roll-up in the event area (maximum poster dimensions: 1 x 2 m)
    Price: 2,000 CZK 

Company materials, logos, or files with a company presentation or promotional film must be delivered to the organizers before September 31, 2025.
